About Kimberly

Order Extraordinaire, LLC was established in 2006 and offers comprehensive organizing services, as well as accounting and bookkeeping services.

I am Kimberly Williams, a professional organizing consultant, and the owner of Order Extraordinaire. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University.

For over ten years, I directed the Finance Department of a large non-denominational ministry in St. Louis County, Missouri. I have proven myself as a problem solver with high standards, and I have been cited repeatedly for organization and initiative. I supervised accounting and administrative personnel, prepared financial statements, and worked with compliance auditors and government agencies. In the field of accounting, missed deadlines are not acceptable, and being organized is essential. To me, being organized is not a destination, it is a lifestyle.

Although my career has been concentrated in accounting, I have always enjoyed organizing. I am allowing a passion that has fueled my personal and professional life to help others in their quest for organization. I take the time to get to know my clients, understand their needs, and work with them to achieve their goals.
